The company's equipment manufacturing division has comprehensively advanced quality enhancement by establishing a holistic control system. CWIC’s Technology Centre, Quality Technology Department, and Production Department have conducted specialized training programs focusing on technological innovation, quality inspection, and production control respectively. Through systematic instruction and practical guidance, these initiatives have strengthened professional capabilities, solidifying the technical and managerial foundations of quality control.

Frontline production units—including water-cooled wall, heavy vessel, and serpentine tube factories—have adopted a four-pronged approach: training, practical drills, rectification, and awareness campaigns. Quality lessons are delivered directly in workshops, case studies feature in pre-shift briefings, and slogans are displayed along production lines to address potential hazards through immediate investigation and correction. This series of measures not only fosters a pervasive culture where "everyone prioritizes quality and every task emphasizes quality," but also drives simultaneous enhancement of quality awareness and practical skills across the workforce. This has resulted in a significant increase in product qualification rates and sustained improvement in delivery capabilities.
